Probably because Moot failed to monetize canv.as meanwhile drawquest must have some advertisement money that people can't turn off like you do with adblock on computer. It's sad because I'm sure that people would pay for some cool stickers or some other options in the drawing panel.
Also mootykins is a buttcavity for not putting drawquest on Android, the most used mobile OS.

@fenga: No, you earn coins by completing Drawquests. You can use those coins to purchase new colors to draw with, or you can pay real money to unlock those colors if you do not want to wait. Because we all now how difficult it is to mix up digital colors people to use, and it would be just ridiculous to allow users to pick their own colors from the digital spectrum. That would just be chaos! And no one profits from chaos.
