@mackd: I haven't scrolled down to the caption yet. It looks like a golfer has hit someone in the back with a tooth and he is now removing said tooth.
Or maybe he hit him in the back with a golf ball and left a hole into which he is now inserting a tooth.
My guess at the caption: "Tom's crazy idea to win at golf was to stun the other golfers with golf balls and put teeth in their spine."

Okay. Now to see what it really was.

@TmsT: If I did not read the caption I would think it was a guy using a tazer on other golfers to steal their balls.
