@no_talent: nice, you won't be disappointed, they take a long time to make but are well worth it, cookemonstr had a good idea of doing cream cheese glaze instead of the white choco icing so I'm going to give that a shot, we'll meet up here when they all done and compare :D

@bluemilk4me: will this work with a different cake mix? I accidentally grabbed one red velvet and one not, meant to get 2.

I have lemon, chocolate, and yellow cake mix. Think any of those would work?

@no_talent: how many cookies do you plan on making? one box will make about 10 big cookies. chocolate is what I would use if you do need more, and yes they will still be awesome with chocolate...kinda wish I grabbed some choco now

@bluemilk4me: well was going to take one batch to SO's dinner, the other to mine. 10 wouldnt be enough but I saw where it said you could make them smaller.

@no_talent: for sure you can make them a little smaller, but they still need room cause they need to rise with the cheesecake inside. just don't cut them down too much, the chocolate will be great or you can actually mix the red velvet and chocolate mixes together and make the whole batch out of the mixture

@no_talent: I'll test it out first then since I don't gotta make as many and will let you know how it turns out
