One does not simply draw a bear.
I should know, I drew one for like, 7 years.
Exhibited above you is Skip-p, a bear who is also a millionaire.
I had high hopes for him as a kid, putting him in all sorts of crazy situations and such.
I even used him as my online avatar on one forum once apon a time. Sadly, that would be his downfall. Everyone would grow to hate me for my lousy drawing skills and trollish behavior.
I left and put Skip-p in retirement. I didn't want to be associated with him anymore. I developed new characters. Most couldn't live up to his charm.
I bring him out occasionally to tell his tale, but that's about it. I've gotten over the online thing, but he feels too strange and almost painfully childish to me now.
He doesn't even look like a bear, really. More like a dog. Biggest flaw you could possibly have with a character there - doesn't look like what you intend.144 3 1 1 -
