@thekit: Even tho' that's the common phrase used, I'm fairly sure the original was "Tu quoque, brute, fili mi!" which translates to "You too, Bruto, my son!". I'm not sure where "Et tu, brute?" came from.

btw an other similar example is "quid pro quo": it's from the latin phrase "qui pro quo" that means a misunderstanding (understanding "qui" instead of "quo"). What anglophones mean with "quid pro quo" is "do ut des" (I give you so you give me) in real latin (and Italy and Spain)

In the end it's not so important, but I think it's weird. You could at least try to use latin in the right way. With "viceversa" you did it.
