Every time I see this thread I dawww so god-damn hard! I love cats and I see all these cats and I want them in a basket and I want to hug every cat -but that's crazy, you can't hug every cat!

@Anonymous: Some of them are just scared or sad. But most of them are really happy and they usually jump on the volunteers and purr like crazy. I love going there, it's pure love that place.

@intrinsc: They stay at the shelter until they are adopted. If the shelter receives more cats that it can handle, the send them (the new additions) to fosters or other shelters. Toronto Humane Society is 100% against euthanizing animals.

@Tati5001: That's awesome. Too bad that Sadie won't stay with you. She looks awesome and fun.
