@Anonymous: Because people like them. The thing about stickers is people are going to use them in all sorts of ways, but it all boils down to putting shiny stickers on shit that you really like.

Someone that would sticker this didn't think, 'man, I'd really like to see some adventure time/calvin and hobbes mash up', they saw something they hadn't seen or thought of before and said, 'man, that is fucking great.'.

You may save your stickers for really important things, but at the end of the day, it doesn't matter. It's just a way of talking about things without saying anything at all.

@Anonymous: I make some cool stuff too, but not everyone thinks it's cool stuff. I also don't tend to post said stuff in groups that are very big, so people who don't follow everything don't usually see it. Try inviting some people you see around canvas to your threads, or try posting in different groups.

There will be plenty of times you (or at least I) will make something and it will go unnoticed. But it is (or, should be) more important to make something that's fun to make, or that you enjoy, than for a reward.
