My weight training teacher once told us that the arms aren't really the most important. A good core is actually much better. And even better, maybe even the best, is the butt.
So if you wanna work your butt, try doing squats.
At first, just do squats regularly, then get a bar and squat with the bar. Then add a little bit of weight. Soon you'll be a master squatter!3 -
