Thus, Captain American could use his stoic calm to concentrate and force the heat within his body to expel from his pores.
So, Captain American has the potential to turn into the Human Torch.

And he could potentially learn the monk thing where they increase there body temperature through concentrated meditation. So potentiality he have similar powers to The Human Torch. But he couldn't have the same power, not even close.
