@Anonymous: kinda unfair dont you think? we all had high expectations for IM2, so it was much easier to be dissapointed. after the Ang Lee Hulk i wasnt expecting much from the incredible hulk to begin with...

@PickleOHatred: Why were you trying to play games on windows 95? Upgrade at least to XP.

@Anonymous: Well, the error screens were named by the platform, not the OS, so it is PC. If we were nitpicking all the consoles would be PC as well, since they are affordable and able to run software.

@Anonymous: Even PC's error screen is prettier, more well designed, concise, practical, and even kind of cute. Man, The PC Master Race just keeps outdoing itself every day!

@Anonymous: I'm not a Mac user but I'm pretty sure Blizzard makes their games for Apple too

@GreggBayes: Possibly the people who already saw the new Batman back when it was a James Bond movie.
-
@GreggBayes: What? No Batman 1943 love?

@PickleOHatred: Not really as often as what's found on the PS3... 9/10 times people insist a certain PS3 came looks "way better" than what's found on the 360 is just because developers choose to utilize pre-rendered HD cutscenes instead of rely on the game engine. The best example being MGS4 which fanboys vehemently *insisted* could never fit on a regular DVD like the 360 would have required. The only reason that's true is because that game was 95% cutscenes and that is the reason it was such a large game from a filesize perspective.
Don't get me wrong, though, I absolutely loved that game.21 -
@PickleOHatred: Most definitely! One of my favorite things about the PS3 is that it has a pretty good handful of incredibly awesome exclusive titles, definitely including Uncharted (my love of which I suspect is a direct result of how much I used to love the Tomb Raider games, haha). Another PS3 game/series I absolutely love with all of my heart is Little Big Planet. Those games are a perfect example as to why games don't have to go above and beyond anything else in the graphics department and still be a tremendously awesome and beautiful game. Actually, I think it's probably the best game to look at on a super-nice HDTV. There is absolutely NO aliasing in LBP and I think that's fantastic :P
Damn talking about this makes me regret selling my PS3. I suddenly have the urge to play Little Big Planet 2 so badly D: -
@urial: I don't mean to taunt, but I still play LBP 2 regularly. The thing about LBP 2 is that it just doesn't get old. Every time you log in, the experience can be brand new. I think that's the future of gaming.
On a whole, I hope Sony's next iteration (PS4, Orbis, etc.) will have some LittleBigPlanet game. I'm also compelled to buy the next Xbox. My favorite game of all time on the (original) Xbox was actually Mechassault 2. I want another Mechassault. D: -
@PickleOHatred: Dude. YES on the MechAssault. That game was so fucking awesome and I loved the controller you could get for it. The original Xbox had a bunch of gems that had somewhat disappointing entries on the 360 (like Ninja Gaiden and the two very underwhelming sequels to it). One of my favorite Xbox games was Escape from Butcher Bay and while Dark Athena was released on 360 and was an awesome remake it wasn't really a sequel. In all honesty I think that game is still the best movie tie-in game ever made.
I'm sure they will have an LBP game for the next generation console. Aren't they making one for the PS Vita? I'd definitely get one of those if it weren't for the DRM :( -
