This is a Cymothoa exigua. It's a parasite who enters the fish through the gills and sucks the blood out of its tongue, atrophying it and then attaches itself to the fish's tongue muscles replacing the original tongue one and then serves the fish as a normal tongue as it feeds from the blood.Lovely <3.
