Wait wait wait wait...
So instead of actually putting in a feature that's actually helpful, or fixing some of the known problems on the site, you guys put in this "message" system every time an epic sticker is given. A message system which is pretty redundant considering that the sticker itself should be enough of a message to the person getting it.
I really don't get why this was needed, or rather why you guys didn't focus on actual problems.54 1 -

@sonofnothing: That's not a profile pic - it's a thumbnail of the post that was stickered, so you can know what the heck they're talking about.

@Anonymous: Yeah, fix this stuff before adding stuff as silly and redundant as this.

@sonofnothing: No, this site isn't about having an identity. It's about posting things, and having the post itself be judged, not judged by your name or influence.

@Anonymous: Hey, this was my picture that I posted in the thread about the new sticker shop.
But this person is right: Shouldn't fixing the site's problems come before adding bells and whistles, no matter how redundant they are?21 -

@DragoniteVP: We're working on a fix for that. We always have multiple things in the pipeline at once. Thanks.

@Anonymous: I like making pictures. If my sticker total fucked up I don't think it would ruin my day.
-
@Anonymous: No stickers are actually lost, it's just reporting the count incorrectly for some people. Sorry about that.

@Anonymous: You don't have to tell them why you gave them a sticker, you can write whatever you like :) Many people have asked for a PM system, and this is sort of a playful implementation of that (not to say that we won't have regular PM's too someday.)

@Anonymous: I agree. It's like if you were to go up to a comedian and just go all out on why you laughed at their joke. Why not just laugh, and give the guy the satisfaction of your response, rather than creeping them out with your life's story?

@Anonymous: I don't get it. How does that work? I'm enjoying myself and you're complaining. I suppose complaining is fun for some people though. I'm glad you're enjoying yourself too!

@Anonymous: No, it's a form of censorship. It prevents images from being shown on the front page.

@Anonymous: have another down vote. I actually like the idea of a special creepy message and it's actually a nice thing canv.as is doing for us. if it sucks they'll just get rid of it. I personally love it. so there.

@ae: So it's a minor inconvenience at most? I can only conclude that the posters who complain must have very high standards in their own lives; never making any mistakes, even small ones. Consequently I imagine that to them a minor error on a fun and free internet site must indeed be too much to bear.

@Anonymous: No it isn't. It's a form of censorship, as it prevents images from being shown in the thread or on the front page.
