my take:
oneocle > fuck yeah > tacnayn > nyancat > powerglove > hipster > kawaii > banana > cool > #1 > lol > D: > cookie > ?

Reasoning:
The oneocle is the best. Fuck yeah's are great, but they're used too often as a troll sticker. Nyancat is the next best, but that darn limited-edition tacnayn just had to come in and take its place. Then it follows the order of how expensive the rest of the store stickers are, ending with the #1 itself. Cool is better than #1 because you have to buy it. On to the unlimited stickers...

The heart, monocle, smiley, and shock/wow all have about the same value to me, they just describe the nuanced reaction I had to the post. Lol is for posts that are funny, but not funny enough to get one of the other free stickers. You know, like when you would say "lol" instead of "lmao" to a joke. I use D: on posts that I like, but the content is awful. Posts I don't like either get ignored or a downvote. The cookie is for posts that tried to be funny. They totally failed, but at least they tried. (old-timer remark: I remember when that sticker was used in a positive way, sort of like "Wow, good job! Here's a cookie as a reward." Oh, how times have changed.) The ? sticker is pretty much useless. I almost never use it. You actually read all that? Wow.

@Anonymous: I just based mine on what the main sticker is when there are an even amount given on a post. eg if you want to change the colour of a heart post, give it a :O

@fernalfonso: to answer the question what happened, she rage quit the site. Something about not having time once school started, but I suspect he just got tired of her fame, for lack of a better word.
