@dmauro: Eggplant has more natural flavor than tofu. Tofu, you kind of have to add the flavor yourself for it to have a point.

@Anonymous: BUT, since the tofu is going in the sauce, it takes on the flavor of the sauce and is simply there to provide a nice texture and some protein.

Just use meat like a real MAN.

Hey, everyone. I hope you all liked the seasonal stickers. The 2012 stickers will probably be gone tonight, so use them up now if you'll be sad to have them gone when you still had some left. In the future we'd like to be explicitly clear with how long the seasonal stickers will be around, but for now you just get a heads up from me :)
