Even the example you gave had its y-axis properly labeled, unlike the graph that I pointed out.
I think you're the one mathematically challenged here. -

@Anonymous: If you want to debate sample sizes be my guest. Considering it is from a university one would assume they chose an accurate cross sample.
Also more people = more taxes = more money another issue is amount of resources doesn't equal results, it has been shown within the U.S that there are in fact schools that spend less money per student than average and produce better results due to quality teaching (ie. not tenure). The problem is with the system itself not resources.
As a side question, do you believe that a non-Judeo-Christian would ever become president?21 -

"The problem is with the system itself not resources."
It's both really, but I agree that tenure is wrong.
"As a side question, do you believe that a non-Judeo-Christian would ever become president?"
We all thought Obama was Muslim, it seemed, and he got elected. No really, polls showed that people thought Obama was either Muslim or atheist.
Either way, I do believe non-Judeo-Christians will have a chance at becoming president. Hell, I'll run for office once I'm 35 and prove myself right.

@Anonymous: Not making it obvious that it was talking about billions is hardly a big deal when its obvious its talking about billions, the main/only real issue with the graph is that the title is wrong and should be increases to the national debt.

@Anonymous: "We all thought Obama was Muslim"
Ya'll pretty damn stupid then, specially seeing I thought the fear was he was a radical black man who was being indoctrinated by his radical black preachers.21 -

@Anonymous:
Well, when the title is wrong, I'm pretty sure it'll throw anybody off.
Also, how should I know it's talking about billions? They didn't label the graph.
A legitimate graph has a title, x-axis, and y-axis label. My science teacher, math teacher, and that video told me that. I don't see why it isn't hard to understand. -

Eh, people believe the wildest things, but that doesn't mean they aren't allowed to believe those things.
Also, don't judge an entire country because of the beliefs of a few individuals. -

@Anonymous: How should you know it was talking about billions? Really? Are you that ingorant in relation to the deficit?
"Well, when the title is wrong, I'm pretty sure it'll throw anybody off."
See, like you that would float, except that it was explicited pointed out in the post that the graph was describing increase in total debt. -

No, I didn't. Maybe I wasn't specifically enough. Yes, the USA should protect religion and freedome of religion but...

"Yes, and controlling religion and peoples' beliefs isn't democratic."
I don't say you can't believe whatever you want. You just shouldn't can force an unproven theory (which needs some basic faith like in god) on other people in a public institution of the USA, like a school. (Ah, and the Evolution Theory HAS such proofs it is completely scientific and theoretically everybody can be able to relate on it without any religious belief. It is pure logic and evidences. Like science has to be. So no, religion and science are two completely different things.)
"Yes, but America shouldn't tolerate anybody who wants to, plans to, and actively carries out such activities. There is a difference between having a belief and carrying that belief out."
But if you allow creationism to be taught in schools then christians are carrying their believes out on others. I'm completely okay with believing in creationism but don't teach it the kids in biology. Do it in religion or something; I don't care there.

"So? People are still entitled to their own beliefs, no matter how wrong they are. Are they hurting you because they don't believe we descended from apes as evolution calls for? No, not at all. Somehow, you just can't handle the fact people have different opinions."
Oh, I can and that very well. What I have a problem with and what can become a problem for the USA itself is, if we start to think that religion and science are basically the same thing and starting to teach creationism in _biology_ is one sign that the USA is already believing that. A democracy must be able to protect science as well as religion.
"This, I can agree with, but like I said before, we have a Judeo-Christian majority, so majority rules, and isn't that a key element of democracy?"
Well, no. If 51% would vote to bring back slavery. A democracy has to protect ALL of it people. Not just the majority:
