Check the groups you are following, I think they get added automatically when created and you have to unfollow what you don't want to see.

I don't want to have to click the "follow" button 1000 times to get every group and then click the "unfollow" button on every group I don't want. I want an easier process. A block button would make it so I wouldn't have to go to following, and make it so I could find new groups easier.

@Anonymous: No dude, the NEW groups are added automatically (that is my guess). If you don't like it, go and unfollow.

you don't have to add them all and then unfollow what you don't like. blocking what you don't want to see takes as much effort as unfollowing.
