When you open the zip, make sure kernel32.dll is in the same folder, or in system32.
Don't overwrite your current system's kernel32.dll; that would be bad. I don't think Windows 7 has a kernel32.dll in /windows/system32/ though, so I'd say it's safe to put it there.
You might also have to rightclick it, go to properties, and run it in Windows 98/ME compatibility mode.
Haven't tested it myself but it looks legit.41 -

@Anonymous: gahh, to the people that gave me question marks, Lucky Charms are an amazing cereal I had as a child, but they don't sell them in England any more (you can find them in specialist retailers and places, but they're really expensive) because they're full of e-numbers and sent all the kids on a hype.
