1931 China Declare War on Japan

9th November, 1931 : General Mah Chang Shan of the Chinese Heilungkieng province had declared war on Japan. Heilungkieng, which is located in Northern Manchuria, was a region cut of by the Japanese from the rest of China at this time .

1960 U.S.A. John F Kennedy

9th November, 1960: Senator John F Kennedy wins the election for the president of the United States. .

1967 U.S.A. Apollo 4

9th November, 1967 : Hopes that the latest successful launch of Apollo 4 on the Saturn V launch vehicle gives NASA renewed hope that the US can still land a man on the moon sometime before the end of the decade.

the hijackers were all from Saudi Arabia so the US declared war on Iraq and illegally invaded/occupied it.
realizing that Iraq had nothing to do with it, decided that Afghanistan was probably a good place to invade next.
