@Anonymous: See second post, it's from a Studio Ghibli film called "My Neighbour Totoro".
It's really good if you like that sort of thing.

My Neighbour Totoro fun fact #1: In the scene in the actual movie, it's two sisters at the bus stop (if I remember correctly), but this image comes from promotional art from the pre-production of the film when it was originally intended to be just one little girl in the story.
